Brackets, fasteners, brush and seal systems, endcaps, idlers, roller tubes, tracks, channels, housings, extrusions — precision metal and rubber components, plus fully custom parts produced to your spec. We supply OEM manufacturers across 20+ industries: screens, awnings, shutters, garage doors, windows, doors, data centers, commercial HVAC, conveyor systems, and more.
Yes — it's one of the things we do most. Send us a physical sample, a CAD file, or a drawing, and we'll reverse-engineer it and have it produced to match your existing part exactly, usually at a lower landed cost than you're paying now. Only have an obsolete part number? That's often enough to start from.
Steel, stainless (including 316L for marine work), aluminum (6061, 6063), brass, copper, plastics (ABS, nylon, acetal), rubbers and elastomers (EPDM, silicone, TPE), and specialty alloys. If your application needs a specific material or certification (FDA, UL, AMCA), tell us upfront and we'll source accordingly.
Our Process
It's straightforward: (1) You send us specs, drawings, or a current sample. (2) We quote it within 24-48 hours. (3) If you want to move forward, we produce a verification sample at no cost and ship it to you. (4) You approve it — and if something's off, we fix it until it's right. (5) Once you sign off, we place the production order. (6) We manage the whole supply chain from raw material through delivery to your door. Initial orders typically run 21-55 days for standard configurations and 60-90 days for fully custom tooling, quote to delivery (sample approval included). Reorders ship from warehouse stock in days.
Absolutely — custom work is the core of the business. We start from your drawings, CAD files, or a physical sample. Our vetted factory partners cover stamping, CNC machining, extrusion, injection molding, brush making, rubber extrusion, and metal fabrication, and we inspect every run before it ships. Multi-part assemblies and specialty tooling are routine for us.
Yes — free verification samples go out before any order is placed. Tell us your expected MOQ or annual usage upfront so we can size the right samples and materials for your application. Once we understand what you need, we produce production-grade samples and ship them to your engineering and QC teams at no cost. If the sample isn't right, we revise it at no charge until it matches your spec.
Initial orders typically run 21-55 days for standard configurations and 60-90 days for fully custom tooling, quote to delivery — that covers sample production, your approval, and the first production run. After that, we warehouse your approved parts so reorders ship fast from stock, usually within days. Need it sooner? Expedited production is available on most items when your schedule demands it.
Yes — it's a big part of how we work with ongoing customers. Once your parts are approved through sample verification and in production, we stock the approved inventory in our Plant City, FL warehouse, and future orders ship straight from stock, usually within days. We also set up blanket POs with scheduled releases, annual agreements, and forecasted runs to lock in pricing and keep parts available. The 21-55 day (standard) / 60-90 day (fully custom) timeline only applies to the first order for a new part — reorders are much faster.
Verification samples usually take 1-3 weeks to produce and ship, depending on whether new tooling is needed. Simple samples from existing tooling can be ready in days; parts that need new molds or dies take longer. We spell out the timeline in the initial quote so you know what to expect.
We revise and remake it at no cost until it matches your spec. We'd much rather spend the extra time getting the sample right than run production on a part that doesn't work. The goal is zero surprises once the production order is placed.
Ordering
MOQs depend on the part, the process, and the tooling. Stamped or machined components are often flexible, and we can take smaller runs. Extrusions and injection-molded parts with dedicated tooling get more cost-effective at higher volumes. We'll talk through MOQs while quoting, based on what actually works for your production.
Yes. If your schedule can't wait for standard lead times, we offer expedited production and expedited shipping on most parts. Pricing depends on how urgent and how complex the part is — call us and we'll work out the fastest path to delivery.
We keep it flexible: purchase orders, standard net terms (Net 30/60), wire transfers, and credit card for smaller orders. We finalize terms while quoting, based on your company's preferences and order size.
Yes. For recurring parts, we set up blanket POs with scheduled releases, annual purchase agreements, and forecasted production runs. It locks in your pricing, cuts admin overhead, and keeps parts on hand when your line needs them.
Shipping
Across the United States and internationally. Domestic shipments go via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger loads); international ships DDP or DAP, your call. Local pickup and delivery is available around Tampa Bay.
Yes. We ship straight to your production facility, distribution center, or wherever you need it. We can also split shipments across multiple locations and time them to your production schedule.
Pricing
Because we source direct from vetted factories instead of buying through multi-tier distribution, our pricing usually lands below incumbent suppliers at equal or better quality. That comes from efficient sourcing, factory partnerships, volume purchasing, and lean operations — not from cutting corners on materials or QC. Send us your current part and volume and we'll quote it so you can compare directly.
Fill out the online quote request form with part details, quantities, and any specs. You can also email drawings or CAD files straight to Ryan@sb5supplysolutions.com. We usually come back within 24-48 hours with pricing and projected lead times.
No — verification samples are free, just ask. Share your estimated annual usage or MOQ and a few application details so we produce the right samples for your needs. Once we've reviewed it, we make and ship production-grade samples at no cost. You only pay when you approve the sample and place a production order.
