Privacy Policy

1. Overview
SB5 Supply Solutions LLC ("SB5," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at sb5supplysolutions.com, submit a quote or contact form, or otherwise interact with our business.
We are headquartered at 733 Tillman Place #106, Plant City, FL. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and company address when you request a quote, contact us, or create an account.
- Account information: Email address, password (stored as an encrypted hash), industry, and company details for customers who register for an account.
- Project information: Specifications, drawings, CAD files, part numbers, quantities, and other details you share when requesting quotes or samples.
- Chat messages: Messages, and any images or documents you attach, when you use the "Ask SB5" chat assistant on our site.
- Usage data: Pages visited, referring URLs, device type, and browser details. Our own first-party page-view counter never stores your raw IP address — it stores only a salted, daily-rotating hash used to estimate unique visitors. Additional analytics cookies load only if you accept them (see Section 8).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests, inquiries, and sample orders
- Manage your customer account and provide access to pricing information
- Process orders, coordinate production, and communicate about projects in progress
- Communicate with you about quotes, orders, and your account — our team reaches out directly (phone or email from a team member) and through your account portal; our website does not send automated marketing email
- Improve our website, products, and customer experience
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
- Manufacturing partners: We share specifications and drawings with the vetted manufacturers who produce your parts. We only share what is necessary to produce your order.
- Service providers: Cloud hosting and file storage (Vercel, Neon), email delivery for our internal notifications (Google), and — only if you accept them — the analytics and advertising providers named in Section 8. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- AI processing: Messages and attachments you send through the "Ask SB5" chat assistant are processed by a large-language-model provider (Anthropic and/or Google) to generate responses. Documents our team processes internally (for example, an invoice or RFQ you send us) may also be analyzed with Google AI tools. Please don't include information in chat that you wouldn't share in a quote request.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, secure session management, and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain customer account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion by contacting us at the address below.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at Ryan@sb5supplysolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. The advertising pixels described in Section 8 load only with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time via the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR; Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA.
Registered customers can export a copy of their account data at any time from their account settings, and may request deletion by contacting us at the address below.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Strictly necessary (always on): an authentication session cookie for logged-in accounts, and cookieless first-party page-view counting (Vercel Analytics and our own counter, which stores a daily-rotating hashed IP — never your raw IP).
Optional (load only if you accept): when you click "Accept" in our consent banner, we load Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 (site analytics), Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay — recordings of scrolling, clicks, and page interaction), Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads (advertising measurement). If you decline, or simply never accept, none of these load.
You can change your decision at any time via the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every public page. We also set a momentary first-party cookie to confirm a successful sign-in or registration; it is deleted on your next page load.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
