Spring-actuated automatic door bottom seal in mortise, semi-mortise, and surface-mount configurations. ½" standard drop range (¾" extended for excessive gap profiles). Aluminum case with neoprene, silicone, TPV, or brush insert. BHMA A156.22 Grade 1; UL 10C / 1784; ASTM E283/E90.
